Good food at great prices

They have great fresh food. I got white rice with all the veggies plus chicken and yum yum yum sauce.

They were polite and fast service. Food was fresh and always good!

My daughter ate a meal here and forgot to retrieve her debit card. She called to confirm that they had it. They did. She had a friend come to retrieve it and they could not find it. She called back herself and was passed from a clueless and unhelpful cashier to a clueless and unhelpful manager. She later went back in person and the card was gone. If the workers are this incompetent and careless about their customers, I can only imagine what falls in the food. Avoid this place.

Great place to go if you're vegan! The red Korean sauce is sweet with good heat. I like to mix it with the ginger sauce!

This place is great. The bowls are huge and the available toppings are plentiful and full of fresh vegetables. The entire store is extremely clean, the workers are always friendly, and you can consistently through the line fast. One of the best fast casual spots in all of Columbus!

Exactly what you expect from a Bibibop. Good, fresh food, quick service, friendly staff, a clean place to eat, and a trendy environment. I've been to a bunch of different Bibibop's across the city and they're all consistent with this. It's honestly my favorite of these "Build your meal/Chipotle" style places to eat. You can eat and not burp it up later and hate yourself. I really like this chain!

Love Bibibop! Food is so fresh and it doesn't feel like heavy eating, even though the portions are huge! Fast service and easy to sit and relax if going at off-peak times. Be brave... try the vegetables! They are good for you!

I have never had a bad Bibibop experience. I normally go to the one on Sawmill, but this location is good too!

So friendly and patient even with the lunch rush. The ambience is nice too. I dont like the napkin dispenser-just incase someone from facility checks their reviews

The people where cool as can be, however the food acts as an improvised cleansing agent. I must have lost 12 pounds that night and didn't recover until the next day.

I've been here several times. Every time the food is delicious, the service is great and fast, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. There are plenty of healthy choices that will make your mouth water!

I love love LOVE this place! Staff always helpful and friendly, with smiles. The only thing I personally don't care for is the meso soup.

Ingredients taste fresh, good tofu cubes almost have a teriyaki flavor. Yum yum sauce is good. The taste is good but like Chipotle could get routine after awhile.

Fast, fresh, healthy twist and delicious! Great service. Lemonade was really tasty too.

I love this place. The food is fresh, it's alive and it's beautiful. The employees are super friendly. It's probably the best fresh, nutritious and best value in the Greater Columbus area! I eat here whenever I get the chance. It's a lot like Chipotle where you choose the foods you want in your bowl. I ordered the vegetarian bowl and had the purple rice, mixed greens, daikon radish, shredded eggs, cucumbers, black beans, shredded cheese, cabbage and yum yum sauce. Delicious!

Food is usually very good but not this time. The chicken was crunchy and full of gristle. I had to spit out several pieces. Service was good though.

The food was healthy and fresh. Great options to heavy grease foods most places have. Bright and clean! Love there beverage choices and food it is delivered fast! Best fast food I have ever had. I will be back.

we used to love bibibop. But they have changed a lot of stuff between the sauces and the meat. And not even having tortillas anymore. The place has gone way downhill. 1 Star for making the place worse. Why would you take the tortillas away. I’d pay .25 cents for it.
